Agreement

By downloading or using GPS Tractor (“the app”) you agree to these terms and to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement. The app is provided by Alina Bohuslavska (“we”). If these terms and Apple’s EULA conflict, these terms apply to the extent allowed.

Safety comes first

• GPS Tractor is a guidance aid for manual steering. It doesn’t steer, brake or control any machine.
• You are responsible for operating your tractor and implements safely and lawfully. Keep watching the field, people, animals, obstacles and other traffic.
• Mount the device securely and don’t handle it while driving on public roads.
• Turn on hands-free features (voice prompts, Siri) so you can keep your eyes on the field.

Accuracy

GPS positions, areas, distances, overlap figures, weather data and reports are estimates. Accuracy depends on your device or receiver, sky view, satellite availability and settings. Phone GPS is typically accurate to a few metres. Don’t rely on the app alone where errors could cause harm, such as spraying near water, buffer zones or neighbouring crops, or for legal boundary surveys. Check spray labels and local rules yourself; the spray-conditions check is a convenience, not advice.

Your data

Your fields, jobs and records belong to you. They’re stored on your device and in your iCloud account as described in the Privacy Policy. Keep your own backups of anything important, for example by exporting reports.

Purchases

Version 1 is free with every feature unlocked. If paid subscriptions or one-time purchases are offered later, they are sold through the App Store, billed by Apple, and managed or cancelled in your Apple Account settings. Prices and what they include are shown in the app before you buy.

Acceptable use

Don’t reverse engineer, resell or misuse the app, or use it to break the law.

Third-party services

Map imagery is provided by Google Maps and Apple Maps, weather by Apple Weather. Their terms apply to that content, and imagery may be out of date.

Liability

The app is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, crop loss, overlap or missed application, equipment damage or injury arising from use of the app. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that can’t be excluded.
